We are seeking a dynamic and growth-focused FMO Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to drive new business development and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new distribution partners. This role combines outbound sales efforts with hands-on onboarding support, ensuring distributors are set up for long-term success from day one.

Primary Responsibilities:
- New Distribution & Sales Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential distribution partners through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- Gain commitments and negotiate contractual agreements with identified FMO targets
- Collaborate with sales leaders to build and execute 120-day onboarding plans
- Manage the full sales onboarding cycle from lead generation to handoff to sales team
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new agency onboarding, activation, and sales targets
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential distribution partners through outbound calls, emails, and networking
- New FMO Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new partners during the onboarding phase
- Guide distribution partners through account setup, training, and initial go-live
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and partner alignment
- Collect feedback and identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process

- Process Improvement & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales and onboarding activities in CRM systems
- Analyze onboarding success metrics and recommend improvements
- Contribute to the ongoing development of onboarding strategies, materials and documentation

Required Qualifications:
- Insurance license as required by law or must obtain within 30 days
- 2+ years of experience in the health broker market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Proven ability to demonstrate solid presentation skills in both small and large group settings
- Willingness to travel up to 15% locally
- Drivers License & access to reliable transportation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $50,000 to $115,000 annually based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
