Position in this function includes those responsible for management and administration of multiple Medical & Clinical Operations Functions, or managing general operations which are not specific to one of the functions in the Medical & Clinical Operations job family.

This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 725 American Ave Waukesha, WI 53188.

We offer 6 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.

    

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit.
  • Impact of work is most often at the team level.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR Older
  • 1+ years of supervisory, leadership, or management experience within the healthcare industry
  • Experience managing direct reports, including hiring, performance management, and professional development 
  • Ability to work onsite at 725 American Ave Waukesha, WI 53188
  • Ability to work full time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with EPIC (EMR)

     

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from  $58,800 – $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
