We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruitment Specialist with a solid background in volume hiring but also securing talent for corporate roles to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process that meets our workforce demands.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment interviews and candidate management for high-volume roles across multiple positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs, hiring events, and campus recruitment drives
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports
• Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in volume hiring
• Account manage hiring for a mix of high volume contact center roles and non-class based, specialized or niche positions
• Ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and talent strategies
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment with a solid background in volume hiring but also securing talent for corporate roles
• Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Taleo, Workday, Greenhouse)
• Proven excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in BPO recruitment or volume recruitment
