Business Operations Coordinator

Positions in this function include those responsible for providing process and operational support to the functions within Business Operations Family.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments for our Advanced Clinical Practitioners
• Oversee scheduling for Telehealth
• Take directions from management

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with Risk and Quality
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including navigating, creating, and editing within Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience working in a call center environment
• Experience in a healthcare setting

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable
