Primary Responsibilities:

  • The End-to-End Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the integration Project, which integrates health plans
  • This role involves developing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the system
  • Develop and Implement Test Plans: Create detailed test plans and test cases based on specifications from the development team and project requirements
  • Identify and Document Defects: Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues
  • Generate Test Reports: Provide detailed reports on automated test results and feedback to project teams
  • Participate in Design Reviews: Provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential problems during product design reviews
  • Maintain Test Environments: Update and maintain test scripts based on bugs, changes, and upgrades in the system, and ensure test environments are up-to-date
  • Execute Automated Testing: Conduct automated system, regression, load, and acceptance testing to validate the system’s functionality and performance
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: Proven experience in test automation, preferably in the healthcare domain. Familiarity with health plan integrations is a plus with
  • knowledge on Enrollment and claims EDIs 
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
    • Experience with version control systems like Git
    • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG)
    • Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, Python
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services testing
    • Familiarity to AI tools Github copilot etc
    • Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services
    • Familiarity with database technologies and SQL for data validation and testing
    • Analytical Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve defects and issues
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear documentation
    • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate documentation of defects

Preferred Qualification:

  • Technical Skills
    • Knowledge of healthcare systems and standards is advantageous
