We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer with expertise in Azure DevOps, Azure, Terraform, Java to join our dynamic team. As a Developer, you will be responsible for deploying, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements and provide excellent user experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:
- DevOps and Deployment (Priority Focus on Azure DevOps):
- Utilize Azure DevOps to create, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Leverage Terraform to define and provision infrastructure as code (IaC) for consistent, repeatable, and scalable cloud infrastructure deployment
- Implement best practices for cloud-based application deployment, monitoring, and scaling using Azure
- Backend Development:
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Java/Python/Node.js
- Ensure secure and efficient data transactions between the server and client
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed
- Database Management:
- Work with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Write efficient and optimized database queries
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team meetings
- Problem Solving:
- Debug and resolve technical issues across DevOps processes and the application stack
- Identify bottlenecks and performance issues, and recommend solutions
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps and cloud-based application development with a focus on Azure, DevOps, Java
- Advanced experience with Azure DevOps, including pipeline optimization and advanced deployment strategies
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC), enabling automated provisioning and management of cloud resources
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of database systems (relational and NoSQL)
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration
- Solid proficiency in Java (Spring Framework/Spring Boot)
- Proficiency in Azure cloud services and tools
- Proven solid expertise in Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline creation, repository management, and deployment automation
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven ability to work in an Agile development environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI’s GPT or similar models
- Hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend development practices
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or JUnit
- Knowledge of GraphQL APIs
- Understanding of WebSockets and real-time communication
- Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ES6+
- Proficiency in Node.js and its frameworks (e.g., Express.js)
