We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Reporting Analyst to support the reporting and analytics needs of our Credit Balance – Philippines/Onshore team. This role is critical in enabling operational excellence by delivering insightful, accurate, and timely reports that support data-driven decision-making. The analyst will be responsible for building, maintaining, and delivering compelling data stories that align with business goals and performance metrics.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Excel
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
  • Quality: 98%
  • Productivity: 100%
  • CPD (Claims per Day): 4.0 and above
  • Attendance: 95%
  • Utilization: 75%
• Support a team of 477 Credit Balance employees by providing timely and relevant performance reports
• Continuously improve reporting processes and recommend automation opportunities
• Leverage tools like Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and AI technologies to enhance reporting capabilities
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so 

Required Qualifications:

• Master to Expert proficiency in:
  • Power BI
  • SQL
  • Microsoft Excel
• Knowledgeable to Advanced proficiency in:
  • Snowflake
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • AI/ML tools and techniques (for reporting and analytics)
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven excellent communication and storytelling abilities using data.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a reporting or business intelligence role
• Experience in operations or healthcare revenue cycle management
• Familiarity with performance metrics in shared services or BPO environments
