Doctor consulting nurse at nurse station.

This position is Onsite. Our office is located at 8401 Jack Finney Blvd Greenville, TX.

A typical day will include sorting mail after it’s dropped off for the day. Print documents / attachments from a SharePoint site or legacy system. Sorting, and scanning of documents from batches of documents from clients. The day will vary from day to day, depending on what comes in for that day.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am – 5pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. 

We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.

                                         

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Processing check deposits and recording them in internal systems
  • Sorting mail
  • Scanning documents
  • Printing attachments and refund checks
  • Matching documents to checks, inserting them into envelopes, and preparing them for mailing

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including the ability to open, save, edit, and send Word documents, and Outlook emails / calendar invitations
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables)
  • Typing speed and experience with 10 key typing method
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system application
  • Ability to work full-time onsite at 8401 Jack Finney Blvd Greenville, TX

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 – $24.23 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
