As a Senior People Business Specialist, you will be responsible for providing consulting and technical support for our system end-users and HR Business partners. You will provide second-level support for the Employee Center and core support for Talent Development processes within our Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Experience Platform (LXP), performance, and development tools.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting support for employees in the Learning Experience Platform (LXP), Learning Management System (LMS), MyLearning, and performance management tools
- Provide technical support for managers and course owners to distribute training and produce reports in LMS
- Assist with cases escalated through IT (ServiceNow)
- Resolve Tier 2 support requests through case management tools and the HR HelpDesk (ServiceNow)
- Work with other members of the Talent Development Department, supporting our LMS, LXP, and other Talent Systems
- Consistently meet targets for Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Human Resources, Learning Management, or Talent System Administration experience
- Solid customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
- Solid organizational skills and must be detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with MyLearning
