We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Information Security Risk Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive security risk assessments and audits across our organization. You will identify vulnerabilities, evaluate the effectiveness of security controls, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of information security principles, risk management frameworks, and audit methodologies. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement controls testing and auditing processes and procedures to oversee compliance with internal policies, federal regulations, and contractual obligations
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of control testing programs to assess the maturity and effectiveness of security and compliance controls under NIST, FedRAMP, and other regulatory frameworks
- Mange follow up activities for issues identified through audit process, including scheduling of projects and resources than may be needed to support process improvement
- Identify and prioritize security and control gaps, facilitate remediation or improvements, and monitor to completion
- Execute and manage controls assessment engagements with third party assessment organizations (3PAOs)
- Effectively manage complex audit projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction and alignment with organizational objectives
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders/end users through multiple communication channels

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience working in a security or compliance role
- 4+ years of IT and business process auditing experience and the ability to manage assessments / projects independently
- 4+ years of experience with federal cyber security standards such as NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-171
- If you are offered this position, you will be required to provide extensive personal information to obtain and maintain a suitability or determination of eligibility for a Confidential/Secret or Top Secret security clearance as a condition of employment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits re subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
