Job Summary: The Vice President of Facilities & Asset Management is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and management of all facilities worldwide. This role ensures that all facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local regulations. The VP will lead a team of regional directors and program managers to implement best practices in facilities management, sustainability, customer satisfaction, and cost control.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a global facilities management strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of regional facilities directors and managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all company facilities, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety
- Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards
- Sustainability: Implement sustainable practices across all facilities to reduce environmental impact and promote energy efficiency
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee major facilities projects, including renovations, expansions, and new constructions
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with facilities operations, including emergency preparedness and response plans
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the COO and other senior executives on the status of facilities operations and projects

Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in facilities management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Solid knowledge of facilities management best practices, sustainability, and compliance
- Proven track record of managing large-scale facilities operations across multiple regions
- Proven excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Willing or ability to travel internationally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)

- Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop and implement long-term facilities management strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of regional directors and managers.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Expertise in developing and managing large-scale budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.
- Project Management: Solid skills in overseeing major facilities projects, including renovations, expansions, and new constructions.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with facilities operations, including emergency preparedness and response plans.
- Vendor Management: Proficiency in managing relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in facilities management software and tools, including Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $196,600 to $337,100 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
