Informatics – Advisory Services Consultant – Remote

If you are located within 2 hours of Waukesha, Wisconsin, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serves as a vital bridge between clinical operations and IT, promoting the effective integration of information technology in healthcare settings
• Works closely with end users to understand workflows, ensuring system design aligns with operational processes and supports best practice outcomes and optimization goals
• Responsibilities include analyzing, testing, implementing, and supporting information systems, while maintaining solid connections with departments to advance patient care and quality initiatives
• As the primary support contact for designated areas, they collaborate with clinical teams, independent practices, and IT to resolve issues and ensure adherence to the Epic Model system
• Plays a key role in workflow standardization, system enhancement identification, and change management to support the successful adoption of new technologies
• Monitors system performance, provide training, and deliver clear communication and documentation to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Certification in informatics or related field 
• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare Technology 
• 2+ years of experience in Leadership 
• Experience in healthcare
• Experience in presentation skills with MS Products or EMR to physicians or clinical leaders
• Experience with EHRs
• Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Informatics certification 
• Experience with healthcare operations and workflows
• Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills in working with physicians, clinical leaders, and other caregivers

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
