Primary Responsibilities:
- Hands on analysis, interpretation, and recommendations for ad-hoc reporting requests across Central Region markets
- Maintenance and distribution of monthly and quarterly dashboard reports tracking UCRT forecast to target gaps for Central Region markets
- Build, maintain data models, dashboards, performance scorecards, and metrics that support key business decisions
- Optimize existing regional tools and streamline pricing processes
- Serve as a regional subject matter expert on HCE pricing tools
- Provide support for regional and local ad-hoc data requests in support of contracting efforts, RFPs, and legal asks
- Concisely and effectively summarize and communicate the results of complex analytics
- Develop and support end-to-end provider reimbursement reconciliation, including operations, modeling, and reporting
- Influence analysis and reconciliation efforts using a data driven approach
- Provide consultative support as a subject matter expert to markets in interpreting/summarizing analytical findings
- Conduct financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting
- Drive projects in your specialty
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems
- Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them
- Review work performed by others and recommend improvements
This role has wide ranging impact and challenge. You’ll be responsible for partnering with Central Region pricing consultants and leaders, as well as matrix partners throughout the organization to provide analytics and consultation in support of optimal, affordable care for our members.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of analytical experience in financial analysis, health care pricing, network management, healthcare economics or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience with provider payment methodologies and health care products
- 3+ years of experience in creating and using financial modeling tools, spreadsheets, and information acquisition tools
- 3+ years of experience working in an analytic field with proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle, SAS, Teradata or similar tools
- Experience extracting data from enterprise data sources
- Experience in interpreting and reviewing financial modeling results to evaluate the financial impact of contract changes and develop forecasts
- Expertise in financial impact analysis, risk management and data manipulation
- Expert level proficiency in MS Excel
- Demonstrated proficiency and strength in written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with medical coding (CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, etc.)
- Experience leading projects from the ground up with limited direction
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Access, SQL, or SAS

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
