We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join the Optum Financial Payment Network Product Team. This individual will lead the development and management of network services such as Fulfillment as a Service and Bill Payment as a Service, which are crucial capabilities for the Network of Healthcare within our enterprise.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle for network services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Oversee the build and delivery of Fulfillment as a Service and Bill Payment as a Service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and operations to drive product success
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development and delivery
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact and customer value
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to enhance the product offering
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to healthcare payments and data security

Required Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the FinTech industry, particularly with complex products
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare payments, eCommerce fulfillment, bill payments, and payment processing
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in healthcare payments
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Delivery Lifecycle
  • Proven excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
