The Optimization and Workflow Manager is responsible for leading various digital process capabilities for Marketing. The role encompasses management of a wide range of workflow projects including consulting, development, training and implementation across a variety of digital capabilities and platforms. The Optimization and Workflow Manager will also help team members across all corporate marketing functions optimize internal use of digital workflow, process capabilities and drive the evolution of best practices for strategic processes.
If you are located in Eden Prairie, MN, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for configuration and support of specific capability platforms within marketing, including but not limited to the use of content management systems, marketing productivity tools, workflow technologies, creative support technologies and other elements of a marketing technology stack
- Provide support across Corporate Marketing and Communications to ensure best practice use of marketing technology tools and capabilities, such as Workfront and Opal, with a drive to improve automation and reduce inefficiency
- Assist Marketing stakeholders and colleagues with optimal implementation and usage of various capabilities through training, guidance on best practices, and issue support
- Lead various significant marketing activities with technical savvy and marketing best practice experience, including major process initiatives and new integrations with different technology applications
- Lead the assessment of new capability needs for marketing including reporting and various time tracking on our overall standard processes
- Lead and promote a process of continuous improvement across Marketing to ensure our programmatic spend – our use of internal and external capabilities – continues to mature and become more efficient
- Engage in various research and support activities to help marketing select the most appropriate process and workflow technologies or use our existing capabilities as economically as possible

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recent experience with administration, development, or management of a workflow platform (Preference given to experience with Workfront)
- 3+ years of technology background with an ability to quickly assimilate, understand and communicate strategic workflow process factors to a marketing audience, or appropriate corporate audience
- 3+ years of experience working with marketers or marketing stakeholders in either consulting, business development or an operational role
- 3+ years of experience working in or with a corporate marketing function (preferably with a marketing technology, CRM or other “martech” – related role)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Including Work, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or another project management certification
- Experience with ServiceNow or other help desk ticketing software
- Expertise in an administration, development or management role with one or more of the following: Workfront, Opal, Adobe Experience Manager, Domo, Eloqua, DOMO, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, Sprinklr, Sysomos, Trendkite or BrandWatch
- SME in at least one area of marketing technology, such as workflow process, campaign optimization, e-mail marketing, content management, social media marketing or digital media
- Thorough understanding of marketing process and workflow
- Knowledge of Client-Server Technologies, Web Development and Network Operating Systems, Network architecture, Cloud and Internet Technologies
Soft Skills:
- Experience in large enterprises
- Experience working in a matrixed team environment and attaining accountability and results from matrixed groups
- Solid communication skills, training acumen, and an ability to lead cross functional teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of and confidence in the broader marketing process and workflow landscape
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work with multiple stakeholders, including executives, across multiple functions
- Comfortable with agile approaches to project work
- Must possess solid organizational skills and excellent relationship building skills across technology and marketing organizations

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
