Senior Tech Product Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
- Requirement Translation & Product Ownership:
- Collaborate extensively with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate contract-related business requirements into detailed features and user stories for IT development
- Partner with business product owner to define, own, and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for rule management and workflow automation tools, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Partner with business product owner to manage the product backlog and lead refinement, grooming, and prioritization activities at both feature and user story levels
- Ensure product releases meet expected outcomes and drive system demos for stakeholders and customers
- Solution Implementation & Support:
- Provide product leadership for the implementation of rule management and workflow automation solutions for pharmacy benefit and pharmacy care services operational processes
- Support client onboarding and solution integration into complex business workflows, ensuring seamless operation and value delivery
- Agile & Product Lifecycle Management:
- Apply TPM and Agile best practices to manage the entire product lifecycle, from greenfield product development, MVP, and product launch, through development sprints and ongoing enhancements
- Interface closely with architecture and engineering teams to assess capabilities, evaluate alternatives, and own the definition and prioritization of product releases
- Drive continuous improvement in product management practices and disciplines
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain solid, trusted advisor relationships with internal business units, IT teams, and external vendors
- Collaborate actively with stakeholders across business and technology functions to ensure alignment on product vision and secure feature acceptance
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, demonstrating excellent relationship management, communication, and active listening skills
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Best Practices:
- Evaluate product requirements and specifications, ranking features based on data, market insights, and technical feasibility
- Utilize data-driven insights for product performance enhancement, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and aligning operational/business strategy
- Proactively identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans, fostering a culture of innovation within the team
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in technical product management, preferably within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or broader healthcare industry
- Proven experience working extensively with operational teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of business process management analysis and engineering
- Solid product management and agile delivery methodology skills, including managing product backlogs, crafting features and user stories, and overseeing product releases
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and active listening skills, with a proven ability to establish relationships with business and technology partners
- Familiarity with and practical experience in rule management and workflow automation implementation in enterprise environments
Solid comprehension of Enterprise Application workflow, Platforms, User Experience (UX), and API Orchestration systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with or knowledge of Camuda or equivalent workflow and rule management vendor products
- Experience working in environments that integrate vendor tools into complex business workflows
- Experience in greenfield Product Development, Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and Product Launch
- Knowledge of workflow, process enhancement, benchmarking, and assessment of enterprise processes
