Technical Product Manager – Oracle Cloud HCM, OTBM, BIP

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with end users to onboard them to People Platform, a UHG data integration tool that shares HR data with the enterprise including systems and end users
- Answer questions about the data including definition, data classification, and current status of various HR data records including Core HR, Absence, Time Card, Payroll, etc.
- Assist with guiding end users through People Team Data Governance process gathering data use requirements and justification
- Assist with testing validity of data when necessary
- Assist with providing feedback to Corporate Data Platform, that create data products used by People Platform
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM, with a strong understanding of its data structures and modules including Core HR, payroll, compensation, absence, and time card
- Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting HR data to support business needs and system integrations
- Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar
- Familiarity with enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies and data integration best practices, including APIs and data catalogs
- Working knowledge of data governance principles, including data ownership, stewardship, and classification.
- Understanding of data privacy and security standards, particularly as they relate to HR data
- Solid proficiency in SQL
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proven solid interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with end users to understand their data needs and system requirements
- Demonstrated ability to clearly explain data definitions, classifications, and usage to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven proactive usage of Microsoft Copilot chat (the web browser version) or M365 copilot
