Primary Responsibilities:

• Be able to work and execute in ambiguous/start from scratch environments 
• Drive execution of key projects from planning through delivery – ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Enablement to align goals, scope, and success metrics
• Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and operating models that improve sales effectiveness and team collaboration
• Track project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues – escalating when needed to keep initiatives on track
• Prepare and deliver executive-level updates, project plans, and status reports to leadership
• Contribute to the long-term roadmap by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and helping prioritize future initiatives
• Ensure documentation, governance, and knowledge transfer are in place for all completed projects
• Change Management – be able to drive and manage change at LoB Level
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or strategic operations
• People and stakeholder management experience
• Solid experience in Program Management, resource estimation and planning, Risk Management, operating models etc. Program mange and execute strategic initiatives for the Sales organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like Teams or SharePoint
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Proven solid organizational skills with a structured approach to planning, execution, and stakeholder management
• Proven excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working directly with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant Certifications like – PMP/ PgMP/CSM/Agile SaFE
• Experience in US healthcare, consulting, or enterprise sales environments
• Knowledge of project financials /CBA 
• Familiarity with sales operations, enablement, or transformation programs
• Exposure to change management, process design, or business transformation initiatives
