Software Engineer – Java Fullstack – Angular

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Java applications using object-oriented principles and industry-standard practices
- Implement features and fix bugs by writing clean, efficient, and well-documented Java code
- Use GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding tasks, explore alternative implementations, and improve productivity
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand technical requirements and translate them into working code
- Write and maintain unit tests using JUnit/TestNG to ensure code reliability and coverage
- Debug and troubleshoot issues using IDE tools (e.g., IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse) and logging frameworks
- Use Git and GitHub for version control, branching strategies, and pull request workflows
- Work with Maven or Gradle for project builds and dependency management
- Interact with relational databases using JDBC or ORM frameworks like Hibernate
- Consume and develop RESTful APIs, and handle JSON/XML data formats
- Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality
- Continuously learn new tools, libraries, and frameworks relevant to the Java ecosystem
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant IT experience
- Hands-on knowledge of Java, Springboot, NOSQL DB, Webservices, Javascript
- Good understanding of Azure fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Angular framework
- Healthcare domain knowledge
