Primary Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Design & Strategy
    • Design and document scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures
    • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks
    • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Technical Leadership
    • Lead the technical direction of projects and ensure alignment with business goals
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
    • Provide architectural guidance to development teams across multiple projects
  • Software Development
    • Write and review high-quality, maintainable code
    • Develop core components and services that serve as the foundation for applications
    • Ensure code adheres to architectural standards and design principles
  • Mentorship & Collaboration
    • Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing
    • Facilitate architectural discussions and design reviews
    • Work closely with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Performance & Scalability
    • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of systems
    • Design systems with scalability and fault tolerance in mind
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 6+ years of experience working with Java/J2EE (Spring and Spring Boot) technologies in full stack development
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex software systems
    • Experience in leading technical teams or mentoring junior developers
    • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Technical Skills
    • Solid programming skills in languages such as Java 21, Spring Boot, Python, or JavaScript
    • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • AI Skills and tools: Generative AI, Agentic AI, GPT, OPEN AI
  • Experience in Restful Web services
  • Testing experience in JUnit/Spock/Groovy
  • Hands on with Node JS or React JS
  • Deep understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, layered architecture)
  • Proficiency in designing APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and distributed systems

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to innovation and improvement
