Primary Responsibilities:
· Responsible for assisting with system troubleshooting, implementations, and software updates.
· Participates in system testing and validation by assisting in the development and maintenance of testing protocols, and coordinates testing with end users when applicable.
· Coordinates tasks departmental/interdepartmentally to support non-clinical applications.
Works in a multidisciplinary environment to help maintain a stable and functional software application
· Develops, follows, and keeps updated documentation on support of the system as well as adheres to change management procedures.
· Application Monitoring & Performance Management
· Configure and maintain New Relic for application performance monitoring and alerting.
· Batch Job Scheduling & Automation
· Manage and optimize Control-M job scheduling and workflows.
· Troubleshoot failed jobs and ensure timely resolution of b
· QNXT Application Support
· Provide advanced support for QNXT (Healthcare Payer Platform) including configuration, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
· Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve application-related issues.
· Incident & Problem Management
· Act as SME for critical incidents, ensuring root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
· Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and best practices.
· Continuous Improvement & Automation
· Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
· Implement monitoring dashboards and reporting for proactive issue detection.
Qualifications
* 8-10 years of hands-on experience in application support and monitoring.
* Splunk, New Relic, Cloud, Automation, Control -M,
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
* Strong expertise in: New Relic (APM, dashboards, alerting).
* Control-M (job scheduling, troubleshooting, optimization).
* QNXT application (configuration, support, performance tuning).
* Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
* Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Shell).
* Experience in production support for large-scale enterprise applications.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
* Applications, specifically in the event management and application Monitoring.
