Define and drive the roadmap of AI-powered products by translating customer needs and market opportunities into scalable, technically feasible solutions, while aligning closely with engineering and research teams.
This role is well-suited for:
- Experienced Product Managers with analytical depth, or
- Data scientists / healthcare AI experts looking to transition into product management
You will be responsible for driving new AI initiatives end-to-end-scoping opportunities, validating them with data, and delivering products that scale responsibly.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate AI/ML opportunities in US healthcare by combining market insight with hands-on data exploration
- Write and execute SQL and Python queries/scripts to analyze datasets and validate hypotheses
- Partner with data science teams to prototype, test, and refine models before production
- Define and own product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and business teams to deliver high-quality, compliant AI products
- Ensure responsible AI practices and alignment with healthcare regulatory standards
- Translate complex technical details into clear business value propositions
- Designing AI solution
- Notion, Jira, Figma (for wireframes), Power BI, LangChain (for prototyping)
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in data science / AI/ML projects (model development, validation, or deployment)
- Roadmap Planning: Experience in building and managing product roadmaps, especially for AI/ML-driven features
- Solid understanding of US healthcare data (claims, clinical, EHR)
- LLM Architecture & RAG Systems: Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embeddings (Azure AI Search, Databricks), and semantic search
- Ethical AI & Governance Awareness: Understanding of responsible AI principles, data privacy, and model transparency
- Agentic AI & Orchestration: Familiarity with autonomous agents and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and CrewAI
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory)
- Proven AI fluency (LLMs, ML lifecycle, GenAI capabilities)
- Proven product strategy, customer empathy, agile delivery
Proven metrics-driven decision-making (A/B testing, KPIs)
- Proven competitive analysis and market research
- Product Strategy & Vision: Proven ability to define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and AI capabilities
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven solid cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, design, and business teams
- Translating AI Capabilities into Business Value: Proven ability to convert complex AI concepts into tangible product features that solve real user problems
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with data science, engineering, and clinical stakeholders
- Proven excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Product Manager or in a product-adjacent role (Business Analyst, Data Scientist with product exposure, Clinical Data Lead)
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, ONC, etc.) and responsible AI governance
