The Manager General Management will be part of the Marketing and Customer Operations Delivery team which is quickly becoming the Center of Excellence for Marketing Communications Execution.  This resource will join the delivery team helping advance critical initiatives working alongside cross-functional teams. This role will support end-to-end delivery of modernization efforts to transform our consumer experience. This team operates in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment, and is looking for a resource to match the dynamic nature of day-to-day activities and expand the high performing core team. 

 

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of Project Management Office (PMO) frameworks, ensuring consistent application of tools such as Charters, Project Plans, IRADDs, Dashboards, and portfolio tracking systems across initiatives
  • Provide oversight and guidance to multiple workstreams, ensuring timely issue resolution and risk mitigation
  • Oversee project lifecycle execution, proactively tracking milestones, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders to identify systemic issues, define strategic goals, and implement scalable solutions
  • Deliver strategic executive communications and synthesize complex program updates into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Facilitate high-impact program reviews and status updates, driving accountability and alignment across leadership and delivery teams
  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in any of the following areas: Management Consulting, Project/Program Management, Product Management, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or Technology Implementation 
  • 3+ years of experience building/creating project deliverables with the ability to manage complex workstreams in a client facing role  
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and report progress against program milestones 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively drive results in a dynamic, matrixed environment with a high degree of organizational change, growth, and ambiguity 
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, fast learner, with communication skills to cater messaging and reporting to different audiences
  • Solid, proven Microsoft suite core capabilities: primarily PowerPoint, Excel 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of strategy, management consulting, product or general management in a health care or technology related field 
  • Experience working in a professional consulting organization or working in the healthcare industry
  • Process improvement and/or six sigma certification
  • Experience with agile / scrum frameworks 
  • Experience with Marketing Technology and/or Marketing Operations

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
