Primary Responsibilities:

• Developing and deploying scalable web based Generative AI powered webservices
• Generate innovative solutions to resolve application problems
• Be eager to learn and engage in architectural discussion or review for the betterment of the product
• Communicate with all stakeholders or Leaders
• Demonstrate as subject matter expertise in their chosen functional or  application area
• Generate innovative ideas to resolve application problems
• Evaluate, redesign and modify existing program logic to improve overall system performance
• Be able to conduct feasibility studies for significant new systems or expansion of current systems
• Take complete ownership of the assigned applications
• Drive initiatives for betterment
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Sound knowledge of SDLC
• Exposure to state-of-the-art GenAI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph and Pydantic
• Good knowledge of various exploratory data analytics methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of various models with their purpose, error and evaluation metrics
• Knowledge of MLOps , Apache airflow and tools like Optuna  or  Prometheus and Grafana
• Knowledge of core deep learning algorithms ( like ANN,CNN,RNN,LSTM, VAE(variational auto-encoder) and GPT
• Good exposure of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proficient in developing and deploying web APIs and AIML based applications using Python (Numpy, Pandas, PyTorch), TensorFlow,Flask  or  FastAPI
• Proficient in various prompting techniques
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven adaptable to need based on working hours if required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working experience in Azure based cloud technologies
• Experience of working on Agile based development approach
