In this pivotal role, you will serve as the analytical engine behind our automation initiatives-mapping workflows, identifying high-value automation opportunities, and managing a dynamic pipeline of projects. As a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, you’ll create compelling client-facing visualizations, develop current and future state process flows for Process Design Document (PDD), and track progress through agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups. Your insights will drive strategic decisions, as you report progress, risks, and results to leadership while ensuring evolving requirements are captured and acted upon.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the subject matter experts to identify automation opportunities
- Participating in shadowing sessions to observe current state processes firsthand and translating these observations into detailed process maps
- Collaborate with architects to create a future state process map
- Engage with clients and executive leadership to share insights and facilitate solution-oriented discussions
- Create client-facing analysis and visualizations
- Track progress and update requirements
- Report progress, risks, and results to leadership
- Serve as facilitator in daily stand-ups

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience using tools like Power BI to uncover trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement, demonstrating the ability to analyze and visualize data, including building interactive dashboards, creating data models, and delivering actionable insights-with a portfolio of at least three completed dashboard projects
- 4+ years of experience in workflow mapping and process automation, with a proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and designing scalable automation solutions across business functions. At least five documented automation use cases delivered from discovery through deployment
- 4+ years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment guides, for at least five automation projects
- 4+ years of experience monitoring bot performance, including tracking utilization rates, success metrics, and exception handling
- 4+ years of experience with experience leading daily stand-ups and reporting progress, risks, and results to leadership across multiple concurrent projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automation technologies and platforms, such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Power Automate, with a focus on designing, deploying, and optimizing automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Background in engineering or technical disciplines, offering a solid foundation in systems analysis, logic, and structured problem-solving
- Industry experience in healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environments, with an understanding of operational workflows and compliance considerations

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
