Primary Responsibilities:

• Generative AI & Multi-Agent Systems
  • Develop and integrate Agentic AI systems using frameworks like ReAct, Human-Inthe-Loop, and multi-agent orchestration tools
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to implement Google ADK, Anthropic MCP, and other cutting-edge agentic AI solutions
  • Apply prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and observability tools to monitor and improve model performance
• Backend Development & API Design
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and FastAPI, with a focus on asynchronous programming for high-performance AI applications
  • Implement RESTful APIs and MCP servers to support AI-driven services and multi-agent frameworks
• Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment
  • Architect and deploy AI solutions on GCP, Azure, or AWS, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency
  • Manage cloud resources, including compute, storage, and networking, tailored for generative AI workloads
• Database Management
  • Integrate and optimize vector databases (e.g., Redis, ChromaDB) for semantic search and embedding storage
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support metadata, logging, and auxiliary data needs
• Containerization & Orchestration
  • Build applications using Docker
  • Deploy and orchestrate services using Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance
• Performance Optimization
  • Conduct load testing, profiling, and performance tuning of backend systems to meet latency and throughput requirements
  • Implement caching, batching, and parallel processing strategies for efficient AI inference
• DevOps & CI/CD
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and rollback
  • Ensure smooth integration of new features and models into production environments
• Monitoring & Logging
  • Use Splunk and other observability tools to monitor system health, diagnose issues, and ensure uptime
  • Implement structured logging and tracing for debugging and analytics
• AI Governance & Ethics
  • Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation, transparency, and data privacy
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of AI governance frameworks
• Collaboration & Problem Solving
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers
  • Tackle complex technical challenges in cloud deployment, backend optimization, and AI integration

Required Qualifications:

• BE/BTECH/MTECH
• Extensive Experience Generative AI in – Agentic AI, LLMs, Google ADK, Anthropic MCP, multi-agent frameworks. Prompt engineering, Evaluation frameworks, Observability
• Extensive experience with Python programming and FastAPI (asynchronous implementation)
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platfotms, GCP, Azure, or AWS for deploying AI applications
• Solid proficiency in databases: Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Redis, ChromaDB) and traditional SQL & NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of API design principles and experience in integrating third-party APIs
• Proficient in Performance Optimization: Skilled in conducting performance testing and enhancing backend systems for improved efficiency
• Proven solid problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and delivering results within deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), and deployment automation
• Experience in Classical ML & Deep learning
• Knowledge of ReAct, Human-in-the-loop etc. frameworks for multi-agent AI systems
• Understanding of ethical AI practices and governance frameworks
• Proficiency in Splunk for logging and diagnostics
