Senior Director, Treasury Capital Markets – Remote

Primary Responsibilities:
- Within the Capital Markets & Balance Sheet Management group, the Senior Director, Capital Markets is responsible for actively developing programs and executing funding transactions, providing capital and liquidity as needed by engaging in the following:
- Work with numerous financial institutions to support the debt financing process via issuance of senior unsecured notes/bonds, commercial paper, bank loans, and other credit products to fund short-term and long-term capital and liquidity needs of the enterprise and strategic partnerships
- Design and develop a whole of balance sheet funding approach to include alternative funding such as A/R Factoring, Asset Based Funding, Securitizations, and/or Supply Chain Financing
- Demonstrate broad-based strategic leadership and execution abilities
- Manage and train individual contributors on the team, reviewing key deliverables so that they can be succinctly and effectively conveyed to senior and executive leadership
- Review contracts, credit agreements, terms sheets, commitment letters, L/Cs, ISDAs, CDEAs, and other financial agreements/documents
- Assist in the development and execution of effective risk management strategies for various financial risks (including liquidity, refunding, interest rate, foreign currency, and counterparty)
- Assist in the strategic capital allocation process of the enterprise by providing timely analyses of shareholder dividend and share repurchase metrics vs. health care industry and Dow 30 peers
- Identify opportunities to optimize the capital structure of the enterprise
- Oversee the execution of Share Repurchase program
- Prepare and/or approve Parent Guarantees, Letters of Credit, and Intercompany Loans, as needed
- Prepare and/or approve/reconcile various reports for daily, monthly, and/or quarterly distribution to senior leadership
- Maintain debt and derivative portfolio reporting of various credit products and their related counterparty exposure
- Ensure on-time, accurate indenture, credit facility, and lease covenant compliance

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- 10+ years of experience in Treasury/Finance or related field
- Advanced or Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- CPA / CFA / CTP certification
- Experience with A/R Factoring, Asset Based Funding, Securitizations, and/or Supply Chain Financing
- Experience with Bloomberg and/or S&P Capital I.Q.
- Experience with capital structure and/or capital planning/forecasting
- Experience with liquidity management and/or cash flow forecasting
- Experience with reporting (financial metrics and/or earnings release)
- Highly initiative-taking and ‘achievement drive’ focused professional
- Solid critical thinking and problem analysis/solving skills
- Formal or informal managing and training of individual contributors on a team
- Solid diligence and accuracy with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex situations under adverse conditions within short deadlines while adapting to changing priorities

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $156,400 to $268,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
