The AI/ML Product Analyst for Employer & Individual will serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and AI/ML engineering teams, translating complex business needs into actionable AI use cases. This role ensures that AI/ML solutions are aligned with product strategy, deliver measurable impact, and are successfully adopted across internal business functions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Underwriting and Actuarial teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration and define use cases that address business challenges
  • Evaluate model performance and business relevance, ensuring solutions meet operational and strategic goals
  • Coordinate with IT and engineering teams to support deployment, integration, and lifecycle management of AI/ML capabilities
  • Communicate insights, model outcomes, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership in a clear, compelling manner
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform capability roadmaps and future use case development
  • Drive adoption of AI/ML tools by aligning solutions with business workflows and facilitating change management
  • Ensure solutions are financially sound, scalable, and compliant with governance frameworks such as Responsible Use of AI (RUAI)

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in product analysis, business analytics, or strategy roles
  • 2+ years of experience leveraging applying AI/ML concepts to business applications
  • Experience analyzing data and using data visualization tools for presentation
  • Experience with agile product development and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience translating technical concepts into business value and influencing decision-making

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in underwriting or actuarial domains and familiarity with underwriting workflows

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
