The Supervisor RN is responsible for leading the Quality RN team, ensuring compliance with quality standards and supporting gap closure initiatives across UT and ID markets. This role includes direct supervision, onboarding, training, auditing, and serving as the primary escalation point for quality-related issues. The Supervisor RN will act as a subject matter expert in quality gap specifications and collaborate with leadership to execute strategic initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct supervisor for 5 Quality RNs, accountable for both UT & ID markets
  • Provide onboarding and training
  • Conduct chart auditing and continuous training of team, reviewing work performed by team and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Communicate and oversee strategy execution within the network, as depicted by Associate Director
  • Lead functional and segmental team initiatives and meetings, including team meetings and huddles
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Quality Nurse-related inquiries, escalation point for RNs and IPA groups
  • Act as SME in quality gap specifications and process in gap closure, key resource for complex and/or critical issues for resolution

Required Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted RN license
  • 4+ years of healthcare experience, including experience in a managed care setting
  • 2+ years of experience in HEDIS/Star programs, preferably in a clinical quality consultant role
  • 2+ years of experience in provider-facing interactions, including provider education
  • 2+ years of experience with data analysis and/or quality chart reviews; must be able to review data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Ability to travel up to 25% locally, with occasional overnight travel
  • Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active and Current Registered Nurse license in UT or ID
  • Billing and CPT coding experience
  • Clinical data abstraction experience
  • Medicare experience
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office applications, including databases, word-processing, and Excel spreadsheets; must be proficient in Excel

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
