Primary Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain a technically sound product roadmap aligned with business goals. Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and technical complexity
  • Requirements Engineering: Translate business and user needs into detailed product specifications, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use SQL to query large datasets and Python for data wrangling, statistical analysis, and automation to inform product decisions
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to design APIs, data models, and system architectures. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews (non-blocking), and technical discussions
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track product KPIs using analytics platforms. Set up dashboards and alerts to monitor product health and user behavior
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product features meet market demands and are effectively positioned
  • Iteration & Feedback Loops: Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate on features based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Analyst, or similar role in a tech-driven environment
  • Solid command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and automation tasks
  • Solid understanding of software development processes, RESTful APIs, and system design principles
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and product analytics platforms.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data infrastructure tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Snowflake)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git
  • System Implementation & Integration: Proven experience in system implementation and integration projects

 

Soft Skills:

  • Consulting Skills: Ability to consult with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert advice
  • Experience working with sales and marketing teams to align product features with go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
