We are seeking a strategic and execu
tion-focused Business Analyst to lead the process analysis across PBM Growth and operations. This role will be instrumental in driving modernization, data consistency, and operational efficiency across our product and client ecosystems.

Primary Responsibilities:
Product Process
- Lead/Define and evolve the PSOT framework to capture product/service/fee elections across the client lifecycle
- Partner with Growth and Implementation teams to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ, SFGO, PIM and broader PBM Operational processes
- Drive integration and utilization of a comprehensive product catalog and client-specific fee schedules
Client Process Enablement
- Lead initiatives to process reengineer for efficiency client data into a unified Client SOT platform (e.g., RxClient360)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding, maintenance, and client relationship management workflows
End-to-End Process Analysis
- Map and analyze current-state workflows across product and client operations
- Identify inefficiencies, manual processes, and data fragmentation points
- Recommend and implement tooling and automation strategies to improve operational throughput and reduce risk
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, analytics, IT, and delivery teams to translate complex business needs into actionable process driven enhancements
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and workflow changes, ensuring they are aligned with enterprise strategy and operational needs
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop business cases and business roadmaps for process improvements. Around PSOT and Client SOT modernization
- Aligning with enterprise goals such as AI enablement, rebate model transformation, and IOI growth
- Track and report on KPIs including client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue impact

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare technology, or enterprise product management
- Proven experience in data strategy, workflow orchestration, and cross-functional program leadership
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Product lifecycle management, Client lifecycle management
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare technology, or enterprise product management
- Process design experience
- Client facing experience
- Experience using SQl or Tableau
- Experience with AI/ML-driven product insights and upsell enablement
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and data governance in healthcare
- Ability to lead matrixed teams and influence across architecture, operations, and client services

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
