Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to migrate on-premises workloads to cloud environments 
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure secure cloud deployments
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure to meet performance and cost targets
  • Organize training sessions and seminars to enhance the skills of the team
  • Maintain and update system documentation for all On Prem/cloud environments
  • Resolve escalated issues arising from On Prem/cloud operations, coordinating with other departments as necessary
  • Evaluate new cloud technologies and vendor products
  • Ensure cloud migration projects are completed within planned timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate with business users for issues that arise and find solutions
  • This Job is for US Day Time schedule (regular shift worked between the hours of 6am – 6pm CDT)

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Fax in a large-scale environment
    • On Prem
    • SaaS or PaaS or IaaS
    • T.38, G711 VOIP technology
    • Basic understanding of SQL Server
    • Telephony/Voice side
    • Cisco call manager
    • Oracle SBC
  • SaaS design experience
    • SSO – SAML (general)
    • Azure (SSO, SAML, SCIM)
  • Knowledge of project management methods
  • AI Skills
    • Natural Language processing
    • Intelligent document processing
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation
    • Deploy and manage ML models on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    • Leverage cloud-native tools like Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform for model training, deployment, and monitoring

Preferred Qualifications:

  • VMware experience
  • Knowledge of Network Technology
    • Network Load Balancers (F5)
    • DNS Load balancing
    • Understanding of DNS and provided services
    • TCP/IP, DNS, switching, routing, VLAN knowledge
  •  Knowledge of OCR
  •  Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies
    • Deep knowledge of Windows (Server and Desktop), Active Directory, Office365, SQL
    • Wintel server administration
    • Understanding of Windows KPIs
    • Authentication methods (Kerberos)
  •  Knowledge of Modern Code/Scripting Languages
  •  Knowledge of AI/ML
  • Engineer/SRE mindset
