Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of cloud-native applications using microservices and serverless patterns
• Develop and maintain cloud-based applications using technologies such as Java, Node.js, Python, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Implement APIs, manage integrations, and optimize performance across distributed systems
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in design, testing, and deployment
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines and automate testing and deployment processes
• Monitor application health and implement observability tools for proactive issue resolution
  Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain robust cloud environments
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies
• Developing pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends
• Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment

• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree OR HS Diploma/GED plus 5+ years equivalent experience
• 5+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience
• 5+ years of software development with a focus on .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• 5+ years of REST API development
• 5+ years of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• 5+ years of database experience (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP or AWS
• AI Skills:
  • Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP), Intelligent Document Processing, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
  • Deploy and manage ML models on cloud platforms using Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP AI Platform
  • Leverage cloud-native AI tools for model training, deployment, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design, and ship AI-powered features

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in .NET technologies or Agile methodologies
• Experience with Source Control systems (example: GitHub)
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization 
• Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra) and messaging systems (Kafka)
• Experience working in a virtual team environment
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform) and monitoring solutions (Splunk, Dynatrace)
