The Analytic Solution Advisor supports the development and implementation of analytic solutions for Payment Integrity, with a particular emphasis on pre-pay and post-pay data mining. This role collaborates with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to identify opportunities and assist in solutioning analytic initiatives that enhance business processes and outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities of the Analytic Solution Advisor:

Assist in developing and maintaining analytics strategies and roadmaps for pre-pay and post-pay data mining activities

Support annual planning and prioritization of analytic projects related to payment integrity

Research and identify key business and operational issues in pre-pay and post-pay environments, providing actionable insights to the team

Help design and recommend advanced analytic solutions to improve analytics in both pre-pay and post-pay processes

Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support the execution of analytic projects focused on payment integrity

Assist in preparing presentations and materials for analytic initiatives, highlighting the impact of data mining efforts

Help promote awareness of analytic services and participate in team demonstrations as needed

This is an individual contributor role with no direct programming responsibilities. The position requires adaptability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Required Qualifications of the Analytic Solution Advisor:

Advanced degree in Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, related field or equivalent experience

Experience working in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
-
Proficient in the ability to translate analytic findings into clear, actionable insights (e.g. PowerPoint presentations)

Experience working with advanced analytic techniques (e.g., ML, Gen-AI)
Preferred Qualifications of the Analytic Solution Advisor:

Experience in Payment Integrity or US healthcare industry

Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Soft skills of the Analytic Solution Advisor:

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to break down issues into actionable steps

Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Willingness to learn and take initiative
