The Payment Integrity Analytic Project Manager will lead and optimize AI analytics-driven projects that support the strategic goals of the Payment Integrity organization. This role blends project management capabilities with a strong understanding of AI technologies, ensuring that analytic and AI-driven projects are scoped, staffed, and executed to deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities of the Payment Integrity Analytic Project Manager:

  • Project Leadership & Execution

     

    • Manage the full lifecycle of AI analytics projects-from ideation and chartering to delivery and reporting

    • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to define project scope, success metrics, and technical feasibility

    • Facilitate project intake, prioritization, and governance processes

    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations

    • Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies, demonstrating adaptability and resilience

       

       

  • Stakeholder Engagement

     

     

    • Serve as the primary liaison between analytics teams and business units

    • Lead recurring project calls to review progress, resolve blockers, and align on priorities

    • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on project status, outcomes, and strategic impact

  • Analytics & Performance Monitoring

     

    • Conduct analyses to assess resource capacity, delivery timelines, and value realization

    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support monthly business cycle reporting

    • Collaborate with finance to align project costs with capital and operational budgets

       

  • Compliance & Documentation

     

     

    • Ensure projects adhere to internal standards and compliance requirements

    • Maintain comprehensive documentation including charters, risk logs, and benefit tracking

Required Qualifications of the Payment Integrity Analytic Project Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent experience

  • Proven previous project management experience, preferably in healthcare analytics or payment integrity

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, graphs), PowerPoint, and project management tools

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex initiatives

     

     

    Preferred Qualifications of the Payment Integrity Analytic Project Manager:

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification

  • Experience with Six Sigma and Agile tools

  • Familiarity with healthcare, COB, and Payment Integrity

  • Exposure to agentic AI architectures and automation platforms

  • Familiarity with AI tools and concepts such as OpenAI APIs, embeddings, function calling, and model evaluation frameworks

  • Prior experience in capital project planning and time tracking systems

  • Communication: Skilled in translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
