About the role:

This role is built around a caring supportive team of representatives with a desire to improve the wellbeing of our members.  The successful candidate will have a warm caring approach to their profession and be a proactive team player.   

You will be responsible for providing counseling telephonically or onsite for behavioral health and employee assistance services. Includes assessment and triage, short-term problem resolution, and referrals.

Primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Act as the first point of contact to inbound client EAP and Behavioral support calls  

  • Triage calls – Carry out telephonic/chat intake then transfer to suitable support department  

  • Return client calls in a timely manner  

  • Log calls into the appropriate Case Management system  

  • Various administration and support responsibilities (including monitoring email inboxes)  

Required qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Computer literate, experience of working with MS 365 products  

  • Works with others as part of a team 

Preferred qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Call Center experience  

  • Experience multitasking and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment  

  • Experience working in an EAP environment  

  • Bilingual capabilities would be advantageous

     

     

    Soft Skills of the Customer Service Representative:

     

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills  

  • Good time management skills.  

  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines.
