We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer Consultant in Mobile Engineering.  The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing mobile device management (MDM) solutions using Intune and Azure. This person will create and maintain secure and scalable solutions for managing mobile devices, applications, and data. The Engineer will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to develop solutions that support and grow our business.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deploy policies, profiles, compliance settings, and app protection policies for mobile devices and applications
  • Monitor and troubleshoot device and app issues, as well as report on device and app status and compliance
  • Deploy Intune MDM across platforms like iOS, Android, and Windows
  • Work on Mobike Device integration from other platforms (Workspace)
  • Integrate Intune with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party solutions
  • Manage Multi-Tenant M365 clients
  • Analyze, develop, and communicate feedback on the onboarding process and technology improvement
  • Assist with configuring onboarding tools and processes for Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Administer Active Directory, including Group Policies
  • Work with third-party vendors to troubleshoot core applications and patch deployment issues
  • Support user in Enrolment of device via Company Portal
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • End-to-end knowledge of Intune/Endpoint Manager Admin Centre Console
  • Proficiency in scripting languages
  • Proven excellent organizational and decision-making skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skills:
    • Experience with Intune and Defender for Mobile implementations
    • Ability to configure tenant from scratch
    • Expertise in kiosk setup and corporate mobile deployments
    • Knowledge of enrollment types in Intune for iOS and Android
    • Expert knowledge of ABM and KNOX
    • Understanding of APNs and VPP
    • Proficiency in Azure AD enterprise applications, SSO, and Conditional Access
    • Familiarity with Graph API for reporting and automation
    • Knowledge of tunnel configuration, issues, and troubleshooting
    • Basic knowledge of Linux for tunnel servers
    • Proficiency in Conditional Access (CA) policies
    • Awareness of competitive mobile solutions like VMware Workspace ONE and other enterprise mobility management (EMM) platforms
  • Skills MDM:
    • Microsoft  Intune Mobile device Management (iOS, Android and Tablets : Corp and BYOD)
    • Azure Conditional Access
    • ABM and Knox management
    • Defender for Mobile Understanding
    • Understanding of other Mobile techs : Workspace UEM etc.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer support, product support, IT admin support, consulting, or solutions architecture
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management
  • Technical experience with Microsoft 365 security (Windows Defender/Advanced Threat Protection, Security and Compliance Centre, EMS suite)
  • Working knowledge/deployment of AirWatch Acc, MAG, and other integration components
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Security features covered under Modern Workplace offering
