Primary Responsibilities:

  • The following are tracks where candidates may be placed. Please note that track placement is dependent on business need and market/location availability. While we will take your track preference under consideration, it is not guaranteed:
    • Enterprise Architecture
    • Quality Engineering or Data Management
    • Enterprise Information Management
    • Policy Administration
  • This full-time intern position will be available for the summer, starting Tuesday, June 2, 2026
  • Sponsorship is not available for this position
  • The Intern will work with their manager to determine the best work arrangement for their situation (in office or hybrid) though they will need to be within a commutable distance to our Fort Washington, PA office to bring back the in-person community aspects of the development program

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Programming, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, MIS, etc. Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
  • Proficient in core programming concepts and at least one programming language (Example: Python, Java, C, SQL, .NET)
  • Intermediate level of experience with productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience or familiarity with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Demonstrated general knowledge of databases and script writing
  • Proven solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Demonstrated eagerness to lean and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Involvement in any additional technical activities (Robotics, Comp. Science/Tech clubs, Tech or Engineering side projects, GitHub, etc.) and/or tech related employment experience
  • Experience with Big Data tools such as Spark or Scala

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive  benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
