Principal Project – Program Manager – Remote

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Works closely with leaders to develop technology strategy along with a set of objectives and key results that reflect both business and technology priorities
- Facilitates prioritization of a cross-functional backlog of internal technology initiatives in close coordination with functional team leaders
- Translates vision and goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across various departments and teams
- Develops and consults-on business cases including purpose, costs and benefits for key technology initiatives
- Tracks and reports costs and other financials measures related to key initiatives
- Prepares presentations, talking points and other tools for a variety of audiences to facilitate effective and smooth communication
- Facilitates and leads cross-functional continuous improvement efforts aimed at a variety of areas including system stability, employee experience, workforce management, etc.
- Challenges teams to set ambitious and measurable objectives that align with the organization’s strategic priorities
- Develops and executes change-management plans in close partnership with functional technology leaders
- Monitors progress against OKRs and other strategic priorities; and facilitates regular check-ins and re-assessments as conditions change
- Application ownership of Jira instance

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, business, or other field related to this work
- 5+ years of experience in a technology leadership role (manager or individual contributor)
- Demonstrated experience leading major projects or initiatives
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and delegate effectively
- Proven excellent critical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven solid organizational and time management skills in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
- United States citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working with matrixed teams/team members
- Thorough understanding of service level agreements, key performance metrics, and other standard business measures
- Proven solid ability to collaborate and understand a diverse set of needs and perspectives across a broad group of stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive, influence and execute on large-scale projects/initiatives
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff as part of interdisciplinary teams
- Proven excellent interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
