Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
• Develop AI algorithms tailored to current and new applications
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and frameworks
• Explore new tools and methodologies to improve AI capabilities
• Contribute to the strategic direction of AI initiatives within the organization
• Build efficient, reusable, and reliable Java components
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications
• Conduct software analysis, testing, and debugging
• Mentor junior developers and review their code
• Provide technical guidance and share best practices
• Lead development efforts and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Java (8+): Deep expertise in Java, including newer versions like Java 17+.
• Understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Knowledge of AI model deployment tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, GitHub copilot)
• Spring Boot / Spring Framework: Essential for building scalable microservices
• Microservices Architecture: Experience designing and deploying distributed systems
• RESTful APIs: solid understanding of API design and integration
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking
• Solid Communication Skills
• Mentorship: Ability to coach and support junior engineers
