The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and custom applications. The role requires expertise in VB.NET, C#, SQL Server, and API integration with enterprise systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation workflows using RPA tools
• Develop and maintain applications in VB.NET and C#
• Create and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database structures
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in automation and application environments
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Technical Skills: (4+ years of minimum experience int he below)
• Experience with SQL Server for database development and administration
• Solid knowledge of Automation frameworks and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• Proficiency in VB.NET and C# , Python, programming languages
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools

• RPA Tools: UiPath or Power Automate
• Programming: VB.NET, C#, Python
• Database: SQL Server
• Version Control: Git
• Ability to integrate and test RESTful and SOAP APIs
• Web Automation: Selenium
• API Tools: Postman, RestAssured
