This role is responsible for driving large scale and complex programs/ projects across various People Team functional areas leveraging expertise in the area of Project/Program Management, Change Management, Organizational Design and Analytics
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead programs and projects with broad scope and impact (including and not limited to) people strategy transformative efforts, M&A integrations, organization design, talent mobility, change management etc.
- Directs the design, planning, and implementation of large scale/ complex people intervention
- Drive to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope/cost
- Engage and present to the Leadership Teams/Steering Committees on status of varied project/s
- Builds exceptional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, communicating effectively with all levels

Works cross-functionally, partnering with the business, people COEs and People Business Partners and any other key stakeholder to deliver programs effectively
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR
- Experience in HR Consulting running medium to large sized programs, solid competency in Change Management, Organization Design and HR Analytics
- Experience in running medium to large sized programs with multiple stakeholders
- Experience of working in Highly Matrixed Environment
- Exposure to technologies like PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.
- Proven strategic thinker possessing the consulting capability
- Proven solid analytical ability of mind and proven ability to work with data and extract strategic insights from large data sets
- Solid history of quickly gaining credibility and partnering with business leaders
- Proven ability to leads others toward accomplishment, collaborative project team efforts and achievement of important project goals
- Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple/conflicting priorities
- Proven self-driven and motivated to own and deliver creative and inspired initiatives on time and of high quality
- Proven outstanding relationship building skills with a natural ability to build meaningful partnerships with colleagues and stakeholders, communicating effectively with all levels
- Proven effective leader, self-directed, proactive, and action-oriented with a solid degree of initiative and vision
- Proven executive presence and superior listening ability
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build solid relationships with leaders (at all levels) and people business partners across a matrixed organization
