As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will identify actionable insights that drive improved business performance. They must have strong analytical skills and an inquisitive mind for problem solving. In this highly dynamic environment, this individual will be responsible for designing BI data model and architectures by analyzing data from varying sources. This position will have the opportunity to present findings and share insights with multiple business leaders throughout the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop dimensional data models to support ongoing and new reporting initiatives through data analysis, data discovery and requirements gathering
  • Work closely with other team members to support reporting needs
  • Develop reports and dashboards
  • Working closely with Data Integration teams and validating the data to ensure it meets the defined business rules
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports as part of support
  • Work with cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of data & analytics projects and initiatives
  • Assist in the production of dynamic data driven analytic solutions to support the strategic goals of the company

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Business Intelligence and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 + years professional experience in analytical reporting
  • Prior working experience in Healthcare Industry
  • Willingness to continue to learn and master new BI Platforms
  • SQL skills
  • Willingness and the ability to closely work with User community, DBAs, ETL developers, and the project team in general
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and as a team with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with a fast-paced, structured, healthcare environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
