Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as Technology Leader
• Apply design thinking to drive the right architecture decisions and build reusable modular solutions
• Work with the team to meet security MBOs, reduce tech debt and drive adoption of AI productivity tools while accelerating delivery
• Continuously improve applications across design, build, deploy, test, and runtime phases within cloud ecosystems
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining result
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a distributed environment or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Propose low-level design for task and story level assignments as well as high level design for epic-level assignments
• Effective communication with leadership and team
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 11+ years of experience in software development and design, architecture (Java, Spring, Spring boot, 3+ years of demonstrated experience with software design and architecture patterns
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in production cloud
• 2+ years of experience of design and implementation of cloud( Azure, AWS, GCP) applications ((preferable Microsoft Azure)
• 2+ years of experience of leading engineering teams
• Demonstrates a solid grasp of core engineering principles, architecture patterns, development methodologies, and quality standards, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
• Experience as a full-stack developer or lead developer
• Experience designing and delivering software through CI/CD methods
• Experience with Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning models
• Experience in healthcare or experience working with sensitive data
• Experience with agile delivery: Scrum and/or Kanban
