Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development of AI Agents: 
    • Architect intelligent agents capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and acting
    • Integrate LLMs with memory, tool-use, and multi-step planning frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI)
  • Workflow Automation & Optimization:
    • Build agents to automate labor-intensive workflows and augment human capabilities
    • Translate business use cases into scalable agentic workflows
  • System Integration: 
    • Connect agents to external services via APIs
    • Work with vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
  • Deployment & Monitoring: 
    • Deploy agents into production environments
    • Set up monitoring, logging, and feedback loops to ensure reliability and safety
  • Collaboration & Research: 
    • Work with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, product managers, and domain experts
    • Stay updated on the latest developments in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, and cognitive architectures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience with RESTful Web API Development
  • 5+ years of experience with Front end development (React / Blazer Web Assembly)
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM providers
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar agentic frameworks
  • Expertise in Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Solid proficiency in Python; familiarity with async patterns and robust error handling
  • Practical knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate), embeddings, and retrieval pipelines
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and multi-agent orchestration
  • Proven ability to connect agents with external services (APIs, DBs, files) and implement tool-calling logic
  • Proven ability to integrate GenAI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) into scalable applications to enhance user experience
  • Proven ability to build internal chatbots using pre-trained LLMs to automate workflows and support decision-making
  • Proven ability to implement AI-driven monitoring tools for improved system observability and operational efficiency
  • Proven ability to use UAIS to deploy microservices that support autonomous agent orchestration
  • Proven ability to develop intelligent agents that proactively surface relevant insights, summarize complex datasets, and reduce time-to-decision for end users
