As the Team Lead, Operational Services you will coordinate the daily support operations of one or more clinical areas or groups.  You will be a resource for other support staff and may fill in for staff as needed to provide appropriate coverage of the department.

 

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a skilled clinical/administrative support resource for team members
  • Assumes leadership duties while performing nonexempt support tasks
  • Evaluates daily schedules and ensures coverage during absences
  • Implements and adjusts operational procedures within established guidelines
  • Guides staff on workflow execution and suggests improvements
  • Acts as point of contact for patient issues and may supervise in manager’s absence

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Degree/GED from an accredited institution or government unit
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting 
  • 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant (a bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 1 year of experience)
  • Proven in depth knowledge of specialty clinics
  • Proven sound judgment with the ability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven solid interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and medical professionals

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty
  • Ability to support performance reviews and monitors service quality (e.g., phone systems)

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
