Primary Responsibilities:

• Manages the DNS systems, upgrades systems as required, provides all operational and sustainment activities related to the ongoing support of all DNS systems
• Resolves complex DNS network problems, and operating DNS enterprise servers
• Performs DNS administration
• Linux, VMWare and other OS admin and maintenance
• Install, configure, maintain DNS network services, equipment and devices
• Requires a thorough knowledge of networking essentials
• Assists in providing support for network security
• Provides telephone, e-mail, or remote access solutions to day-to-day DNS issues
• Support DNS team in meeting key performance indicators and metrics
• ServiceNow Queue Management
• Provides ensuring the timely SLA process through which INC, CTASK, and CHG work is assigned and completed
• Includes problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps
• Performs analysis of IT requirements and works with the client to determine feasibility of the task
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology field and/or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience networking, switching and firewall environments
• Experience with DNS Technologies
• Experience with Cloud Technologies
• Experience of Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM and related services – Configuration and Management
• CISCO, Palo Alto and other general networking and firewall experience
• Experience with Infoblox Software and Implementation
  • Grid Master
  • Grid Manager
  • Grid Members
  • Infoblox DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management
• In-depth knowledge of DNS, NTP, IPAM, BIND, and DHCP and Cloud Hosted Environments
• Knowledge of modern LAN/WAN solutions including IP networking – MPLS, QOS, SONET/SDH optical solutions, and serial communications, TCP, UDP, DHCP, SSH, NTP, DNS, ARP, ICMP, SCP, and TFTP, dynamic routing protocols to include EIGRP, and BGP and DMZ zone DNS secure administration
