The manager of customer success is responsible for new client implementations, supporting ongoing client-based operations, and related reporting.

 

This position requires significant travel, up to 75% of the time.

 

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead development for onboarding, training and success of newly hired team members
    • Day to day management of hired onsite team including site expectations
    • In-clinic and pharmacy interfacing workflows for each client to ensure seamless end-to-end performance from patient recruitment to adherence to retention 
    • Reporting for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at each client, with special focus on patient growth and in-clinic operations 
    • Initiatives to drive operating efficiency and effectiveness 
    • Support the site leadership in driving clinical outcomes and help manage work of clinical pharmacists and clinic liaisons 
  • Assist in project management for client launches, including: 
    • Reporting progress to executive and operating teams at CPS and the customer 
    • Supporting implementation from clinical development to IT deployment 
    • Support Directors of Customer Success with clinic expansions, providing operations support as needed
  • Create relationships and buy-in from clinic staff to lead and manage clinic launches as assigned: 
    • Train onsite team to cultivate and develop clinic relationships for maximum buy-in  
    • Consistently monitor key KPIs to identify trends and areas of opportunities for training 
    • Support executives with ad-hoc requests such as presentation, board materials, etc. 
  • Other Position Responsibilities:
    • Help build systems and processes to identify, hire, onboard and develop quality talent 
    • Participate as a member of the operations team and help meet corporate objectives 
    • Facilitate regular staff meetings with the ops team to disseminate company information and review performance against budget and plan objectives 
  • All other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle background check
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time away from home location

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience successfully participating in complex projects in healthcare (preferably in a health system or other healthcare services setting), while working with diverse stakeholders  
  • Experience successfully developing (growing) teams in operations or client-facing project implementations, especially at a manager level role 
  • Proven solid understanding of, or ability to quickly get up to speed on, technical requirements associated with Customer Relationship Management, Electronic Medical Records, Business Intelligence & Project Management tools

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
