As the Manager of Clinical Operations – Specialty, you’ll guide a dedicated care team, streamline specialty workflows, and elevate the patient experience every single day.  Primary Responsibilities:

Inspire & Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Coach, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff as they grow in their roles
  • Build a culture rooted in respect, teamwork, and accountability

Create Smooth, Patient-Centered Clinic Operations

  • Ensure daily specialty clinic operations run efficiently, with steady patient flow and solid provider partnerships
  • Collaborate across departments – nursing, billing, IT, scheduling, quality – to remove barriers and improve care delivery

Drive Innovation & Quality

  • Identify opportunities to elevate the patient experience and reduce operational friction
  • Support quality and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards

Use Technology to Support Care

  • Leverage EHR and scheduling systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar) to streamline workflows and maintain accurate data
  • Use metrics and reporting tools to guide decision-making and performance improvement

Strengthen Provider Partnerships

  • Maintain solid relationships with specialty providers to support scheduling alignment, clinic flow, and care coordination

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations
  • Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or equivalent)
  • Proven knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy standards
  • Demonstrated basic skills in Excel or similar data tools
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, holidays, occasional evenings or weekends

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in patient access or ambulatory/front desk operations

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
