Proposal Writer – Multiple Sites

The proposal writer will strategically and competitively respond to standard proposal questions using a variety of resources including our standard database language, marketing collateral, Web sites and other available resources.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Populates questionnaire from standard knowledgebase content, customize to specifically answer the question and format to the requirements of the document
• Identify non-standard questions for the PCOA
• Thoroughly understand and use all available sales support tools (Responsive, SharePoint, Marketing collateral)
• Pull all standard exhibits applicable to the RFP (Request for Proposal)
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• College degree – Graduate
• 1+ years of experience writing RFPs; or
• 1+ years of experience AM or operational role within PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager); or
• 1+ years of experience in Healthcare
• Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel, PP
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven self-starter and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Time management – Proven adherence to deadlines
• Proven ability to re-write content in a strategic and/or persuasive client-friendly manner
• Proven solid technical writing skills
